Henan Kids International 2010 Calendar

A BIG thanks to all of you who ordered calendars this year! We sold a total of 150 calendars, with $1500 going directly to helping pay for different projects going on in Henan.

This was truly a labor of love for me and Heather Thompson, our awesome volunteer. We spent hours uploading, downloading, moving, cropping, finding quotes, finding pictures, but we truly loved working on this project. Thank you to everyone who submitted a picture. I am happy to say that every child whose pictures were submitted is in the calendar! And here is a sneak peak....

Our theme was: “Adoption Changes Lives” and as you can see from these three months, it certainly has!

Here is the breakdown of the cost of the calendar, as we want to be completely transparent. The final cost will be $26, which includes Shipping and Handling and tax. $10 of this goes to the company which produces the calendar. $4.69 pays for 1st class mailing and the envelope, $1 is tax, and $10.31 will go to HKI to help those projects listed previously.
